If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Intimate, hygiene, customized, or digital items are not eligible.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
